Coaching sessions:

First session (max 1 hour, no charge)

In the first coaching session, we will work together to get to know each other and decide if this is a health and wellness partnership you are interested in pursuing. This session includes information gathering so that I can better understand who you are as a person and from where your health goals arise.

Follow up sessions

Our 2nd and all other sessions will include a deeper dive into your health and wellness goals. We will work to implement manageable positive changes to make lasting effects on your health and wellbeing. Please contact me to discuss pricing and package options.
